I would like to thank you for helping me with the many unknowns in signing up for a medicare supplement plan for 2016. You were able to explain the many part and benefits. You were honest with me and did not belittle me for any parts that I did not know or understand. You also were able to give me information that I had been unable to find out about. I liked your knowledge and helpfulness in all of these matters. The first three times I spoke with you I did not say I would buy any coverage from you, but you always were courteous and respectful of me. I appreciate that.
