I received the Medicare Cigna supplement today and cancelled my United Health Care supplement. Since UHC was to take payment on August 1st, the timing was great. I was wondering if you have a supervisor that I could speak to about your superior service. I was really very desperate when we first spoke. Your guidance and helpful explanations plus literally walking me thru the process was above and beyond. I’m grateful for your patience and clarity about the choices that we settled on. I will talk to you again in Oct. so that we can take a look at the medication plans, until then you have my gratitude and sincerest thanks.
